Handling Periodical Literature in Larger Training Libraries in Sierra Leone

 At the Normal Convention of UNESCO held in Paris on 19th Nov, 1964, it had been decided that "a book is really a periodical if it constituted one problem in a constant series beneath the same title" (Norman, 2008). Promoting that concept,

a periodical literature is printed at regular times around an indefinite time, personal dilemmas in the line being unnumbered.
